Automatic Payment Program
A recent update to our customer payment portal resulting from a federal
mandate has unfortunately made it more difficult for our customers to enroll
in our monthly ACH payment program or make one-time E-check payments. These difficulties have resulted in increased frustration and complaints. Because of this, we have decided to suspend access to ACH enrollment via the customer portal temporarily. However, providing you with the best
service possible is our top priority, and we are happy to provide you with
other options for enrollment. Please call one of our customer service
